Use of the app
Krushi Saarthi is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use by farmers and farm workers. You must be 18 or older, or use the app with guardian consent.
Mandi rates are informational
Rates are sourced from government APMC data and may be delayed, incomplete, or differ from actual transaction prices. Always verify with your local mandi before making business decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTP secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access caused by a compromised device.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on mandi rates, weather forecasts, or calculations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
